An old Kodak building in Quimper - being refurbished as............ yes, you've guessed: luxury flats.

And yes, before the perspective police get at it I know it is off-kilter.

 

It's funny if it was a D2 snap, tidying up the verticals and horizontals would have been the first thing I did, but for some reason I'm always reluctant to crop scans of film. Maybe some of Stefan's doctrine has rubbed off on me :)

What a sign of the times. Well spotted. Last year I visited Rochester in the US, which is the spiritual home of Kodak. My wife's Uncle worked for the company until the 1990s, as I'm sure did a lot of his neighbours. The central business district seems to me to be a mere shadow of its former self, which is a shame. Progress always comes at a price.
