according to the manual, bulb mode goes up to 16 minutes. 

 

Doest that depend on ISO or is it independent?

Hi

It does depend on the ISO.

Longest exposure:

16 minutes ISO 160

8 minutes ISO 400

4 minutes ISO 800

125s ISO 1600

60s ISO 3200

16s ISO 6400

Etc.

You can see it on the LCD screen by pressing the Bulb button and adjusting the ISO.
