johntobias Posted February 10, 2021 Share #1  Posted February 10, 2021 Advertisement (gone after registration) I recently picked up a great deal on a TL2 body and put my elmar-m 24mm on it with the novo flex lens adapter.  No matter what I do, I cannot get focus magnification at all, tried everything and managed to get focus peaking but not magnification...am I missing something or should I just shove the 24 back on my M240 or M4 and pony up for a summicron 23??   Help.  The 24 Elmer is stunning and I’d love to get it working properly on the TL2 as a 36mm equivalent.  thanks folks

NigelG Posted February 10, 2021 Share #5  Posted February 10, 2021 (edited) I’m not sure whether it works with a non-Leica adapter. I used the EVF and set the LH dial option to the peaking/mag option and then used the dial to change the magnification. I need to check if there’s another way of getting magnification (just reacquainting myself with the TL2 after 9 months) Edited February 10, 2021 by NigelG
lct Posted February 10, 2021 Share #6 Â Posted February 10, 2021 Using a Leica adapter could help too but i don't know if it works the same way on the TL2 as on the CL.
