I’m a retired physician and preached exercise to my patients for 40 years. I’m active with X-Country skiing, cycling and walking. I also swam 4 km 3x/wk before COVID. A sad update on this great neighbor. Two days ago he suffered a massive stroke and will soon be gone. He's in palliative care.
