stuny Posted December 18, 2020 Share #6 Posted December 18, 2020 I remember a song from elementary school that is almost appropriate here: Ice skating is nice skating But here's some advice about ice skating Never skate where the Ice is thing, Thin ice can crack and you'll fall right in And come up with icicles under your chin If you skate where the ice is thin. Glad you also survived hypothermia, though that was no doubt less of an issue with lady.

Glad you're both okay. Her feet are on the bottom. She just had her nails done the day before so ske couldn’t get a grip. I belly crawled out while my wife held my feet. Got a leash around her neck and pulled tight. Judy pulled on my feet and I pulled with my arms. Lady just popped up and slid smoothly over the edge. Thank you for the advice, I must admit it took me a while to settle down. PEACE

robert_parker Posted December 22, 2020 Share #9 Posted December 22, 2020 (edited) So pleased that this ended happily - it shows how easily these things can happen, even in a situation which is apparently comfortable and well under control. ☝️🐶👍 Edited December 22, 2020 by robert_parker
