M10 service?

I sent in my M10 to Leica NJ for a free sensor cleaning, and they sent me an estimate telling me it also needs:

-adjust roller lever

-adjust range finder

I'm just curious if any of you had these services done (especially the roller lever adjustment?) and what it cost you

Just curious, how long have you owned your M10 and did you see any sign of RF misalignment/focus issues before sending it in to be cleaned?

Maybe the camera had a 'jolt' on it's journey to Leica and that knocked the rangefinder out.

Seriously, learn to clean your sensor yourself, sending it back to the manufacturer is like sending your car back as it needs more air in the tyres.

If you hadn't noticed a focus problem before you sent your M10 in, how would you detect any difference the rangefinder and roller lever adjustments had made when you get it back?

It's 'convenient' that the maladjustments were noticed during a 'free' sensor cleaning.  Business a little slow in Allendale I wonder?

It's like a mechanic telling you that he's replaced the air in your tyres with fresh air.
