demitra Posted September 9, 2020 Share #1  Posted September 9, 2020 Advertisement (gone after registration) I did the update on my new CL and now when I go to program my left and right wheel I am getting an error. For right wheel I only put exposure compensation and I uncheck everything but when I get to uncheck ISO I get an error that I "can not delete an active item".I have never seen this before and don't know how to delete this so I can add exposure compensation.  Any advice will help!

jaapv Posted September 9, 2020 Share #2 Â Posted September 9, 2020 Start by resetting the camera to factory defaults.
lct Posted September 9, 2020 Share #3 Â Posted September 9, 2020 You may wish to add Exposure Compensation first, then delete ISO. Worked for me.
demitra Posted September 10, 2020 Author Share #4  Posted September 10, 2020 I tried resetting to factory defaults and adding EC first then deleting ISO, same error message "active items can not be deleted" And I only get this for ISO.
jaapv Posted September 10, 2020 Share #5 Â Posted September 10, 2020 Check the right wheel button list. ISO must be on and you can only select eight items.

Do a long press on the right wheel button and select EC instead of ISO. Then ISO will be deactivated and you can delete it normally.
