SL2 - DOF in live view?

I do a fair amount of close up photography.  I am Congress from the a7r iv and I’ve always been able to see my DOF when changing apertures in the EVF.  Is there a way to see this in real time with the SL2?  It seems that I am always seeing the preview wide open and then have to review the image to see the depth of field recorded.

This was rumored to get addressed in a firmware update but last one did not include it unfortunately

No way.  Hope to see it in the next firmware. Original SL had this on the front Fn button.

Ironically I get a DoF preview with my MF Voigtlander in both the EVF and screen. My sigma 85 DGDN on the other hand does not work. So I guess its not available for AF lenses?

All M mount lenses show the current DOF, you cannot turn it off.
