Hi,

I am the new owner of SL2 and I have a question.

When I half-press the shutter button, on the bottom-right corner, is show something like "L  24" or "L   25".

I understand that when the shutter button is not half-press, the screen will show either the remaining memory of your SD-Card and also the number of the picture while in playback mode.

However, I don't quite understand the information show at the bottom-right corner when the shutter button is half-pressed.

Thanks in advance.

Where is it?

Back display or bottom display?

Here I see nothing.

It only appears when you are in a multiple shot mode.  It's blank in single shot.

I figured there was some setting I used (single) that didn’t replicate the OP’s display.

Thank you very much all for the response. Yes, indeed it was the buffer capacity. I set to continuous 'L" speed and when I press down the shutter, the counter is decreasing.

Thank you again for your helpfulness.
