luigi bertolotti Posted April 28, 2020 Share #4  Posted April 28, 2020 (edited) Leitz didn't make many "series" filters, and most of Leitz lenses from50's onward used standard screwmount filters of various diameters... the long Telyts 400/560 were fit for Series VII filters, having a swing-out receptacle for filters along the lens' tube, not with a thread to mount them on lens front. Some other lenses were provided with retaining rings to use "series" filter (I have the ELmar 65 and the Tele Elmarit 180 with such rings)  Edited April 28, 2020 by luigi bertolotti Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
lct Posted April 28, 2020 Share #5  Posted April 28, 2020 Yes various diameters as it is a Series 7 filter fitting lens hoods of M lenses like 21/3.4 (11103), 28/2.8 (11801), 35/2 (11309), 35/1.4 (11870), but also R lenses like 28/2.8 (11204), 35/2 (11227), 50/1.4 (11875). Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
