Fotos app useless

Hi, I've just bought a CL and paid £48 for the Fotos PRO app on my Iphone,but it will not do anything? I can't even use it to take shots using the remote. Plus if I want to use the app on my iPad do I need to pay an additional subscription. Very frustrated an disappointed in the app.

Ask for a Refund///  If you purchased thro a CC - Call them get the Charge Reversed..    L

Be care about requesting a chargeback on your cc.  I did this very thing and Apple got muffed and disabled my Apple ID.  IT took a week of haggling with them to get it working again.

It doesn't sound as if you needed any of the "Pro" features.  It's got some capabilities on either iPhone or iPad, but the Pro is only useful on the iPad as a conduit to Lightroom (and that is questionable at best).  So get your money back.

Maybe check first before you buy? I'd regard the 48 quid as experience money... (Don't ask why I got so phlegmatic about things like this )
