a.noctilux Posted February 28, 2021 Share #81 Posted February 28, 2021 Advertisement (gone after registration) I don't have (would never have ! ) M10M, just to simplify things, since I use the first Monochrom (2015) and follow with M246 (2019), I don't know why, I use them at 400ISO most of time. Maybe I want them (their sensor 😉) to "behave" like a Neopan 400 film that I regret a lot.
Advertisement Posted February 28, 2021 Posted February 28, 2021 Hi a.noctilux, Take a look here M10M True Base Iso. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
Ken Abrahams Posted March 1, 2021 Share #82 Posted March 1, 2021 I am also using iso 400 with M10M for Street photography. Occasionally I will dial back to 160 iso for abstract or graphic like shots and at other times switch to 800 iso when needing more depth of field in the shadows. If I wish to shoot at f2 or less I will use 3 stop ND using 400 ISO. Set at 400 iso I can also effectively use desired aperture settings on each lens. The only potential exposure errors I need to look out for are too slow shutter speeds and highlight clipping. Previously I was switching from Iso 160 to ISO 800 depending on harsh contrasty lighting here in Australia. Waiting for cloudy overcast days is a great option going out with the M10M.
