Moon ...

M10M+Apo-Televid 82

F 2,8 - ISO 2500 - 1/250 sec.

For the first time in my life I saw a large jet-powered passenger plane fly through in front of the moon. Unfortunately I missed this moment. The time window was about 3-5 seconds. I would never have been able to do that with the camera with the extreme focal length of the Televid 82. I would have needed more lead time for this. So I decided to attend this event directly without a camera using my Televid 82. It was fantastic. To photograph something like that again you need an airport, a full moon, the right position and a lot of patience.

Looks good -- lots of definition and not blown out! Thanks it is compelling even without the jet plane silhouetted -- CHIPS

I love that M10M (and Q2m also) is giving a look that is very close to medium format.

The Noctilux has very moody feeling that is unique. Good examples -- I agree with your assessed that the M10M produces results that verge on medium format. CHIPS

Hi guys,

Long time avid reader/viewer of this wonderful forum. So many grear photos! It's time to post something.

I've picked up a M10M about a month ago - what a fantastic camera! I dipped my toes in monochrom water with a Q2M first and was blown away with it and about 6 month I've decided that I need a body that could utilize all my lovely M lenses.

I had a camera with me while attending a theatrical premier (dilogy "Anna and Levin" based on the Anna Karenina by Tolstoy)  in my hometown Novosibirsk, Russia and acting was so good that I couldn't resist and took quite a few of shots. All with Summilux 75.

This image would have been difficult to get with an older camera. I am facing the sun and managed to save the highlights, but the trees were underexposed. But I could easily lift them in LR. M10M + ZM Distagon 35/1.4.

Is this a black beach in Iceland?

I wish 🙂

it is a scrubby bit of the South Coast of England. To be fair to it the pebbles that make up the beach are a slightly darker colour to other parts of the coastline and the depth of the beach is surprising. It’s as if they wash up there from miles around.
