Hello, it’s not the roof which is off limits but photographing within the station which is technically not allowed. 
 

I have been challenged previously but the Perth Station isn’t as security conscious as Melbourne’s Southern Cross Station or Sydney’s Winyard Station where they think you have a long lens capturing passengers and workers. 
 

i shoot from my side and the plethora of guards do not notice, the cctv has no proof as I walk through.
