Apart from the image quality, what I like very much about this is the way that a wide-angle effect has been achieved with a "normal" lens.

Even in the wide-angle images thread, a huge number of people aren't exploiting the characteristics of their W/a lenses.

Bravo

Err.... edit:

Damn, I made a mistake, this is with the tri-elmar at 16mm, I am not that great a photographer. I took a lot of these some with the 50mm and others with the 16-21mm, I just checked this it was taken with the 16-21mm with B+W red filter. Thanks for the subtle hint to recheck the metadata.

Just get an M10M and a couple of wide angle Zorki lenses.  It's the same thing. 😄

Hi All,

Came across this protest in Trafalgar Square, London today on behalf of animals.  The photo with the police officer is my Fav.  I was close enough to hear the discussion between them.

Officer "How long do you think you will be in there?

Protester "Not sure yet"

Officer "Are you likely to come out on your own or are you going to make it, shall we say, difficult?"

Protestor "Not sure about that yet either?"

Officer "I would prefer it to be easy as I have new boots on and getting them wet wasn't what I wanted to do today"

They both laughed.

All taken with the M10M and a 28mm lens.  This was my third day out with the M10M and my first in the city.

Lots more photos at the Flickr site below,

Regards

Josh
