Can anyone help here. My SL2 shows the full image when you view the raw files in Capture One or in Finder on my Mac. When I open in Photoshop they are cropped and I cannot seem to bypass this? When I was shooting I noticed I couldn't see the entire image but they showed up fine on Capture One while tethered. Was my first time using this camera so a bit odd to me!

Any advice appreciated! I have since corrected the aspect ratio and all works fine moving forward but I can't work with the files on this first shoot yet !!!

Hi

I do not understand your problem, especially the last sentence.

Sometimes in C1 is a wrong setting when exporting files.
If a cropframe is active in C1 you should choose ignore Crop instead of use crop.
Sorry, i do not know how it is called in the english version of C1.
I att. a screenshot from my german version what to choose to export the whole frame…
