Rob L Posted December 23, 2019 Share #2 Posted December 23, 2019 They fit but stick out a tiny bit in back. I bought one of these. I tried it and could not fit (easily) the M10-P hot shoe cover on SL2. Q2's hot shoe cover works fine.

Most are compatible and fit fine. no doubt an official Leica one ..... If available, would be 50 euros..... 🤨 Edited December 24, 2019 by thighslapper

Exodies Posted December 24, 2019 Share #7 Posted December 24, 2019 Advertisement (gone after registration) Is the reason there is no shoe cover due to water proofing certification? If there is a shoe cover then the contacts are inside and need to be protected from damp; as they are outside, no problem.
Rob L Posted December 24, 2019 Share #8 Posted December 24, 2019 My question as well. The Match Technical cover has a tiny hole in it directly over a corresponding hole in the hot shoe, so it will not keep water out. Looks nice though.
