SL2 & LEICA FOTOS 2.0 - Has anyone gotten it to work?

It's working for me with one UHSii chip in slot 1.  I notice that transfer of geo information and time over BTLE isn't working yet, but I think that has been stated by Leica as coming in a firmware update/Fotos update.

My standard for Leica to meet on this is to reproduce the function that Panasonic delivered with the S1 and S1R.  For those cameras, connecting over BlueTooth was almost automatic and effortless (phone never left my pocket), and produced time and geo location transfers.  The wifi was automatically switched on when needed for image review or transfer.  Leica is not there yet.

Leica really has to work on this...

 

Have you tried a single card in slot one only?

For me, every now and then when two cards were installed it would work...but mostly not. If I remove the 2nd card it works every time. I reported this to Leica and they responded that they are working on a fix.

What card are you using? It must be UHSII

Try deleting the FOTOS app and reinstalling

Thank you for your helpful hints. The hint missing is reformatting the cards  

So I did all of that and will patiently wait for Leica fixing the issues...

It works fine for me. Transfer to Foto works fine even with 2 cards inside the SL2.

Working fine for me with 2 UHSii chips.

Transfer to Foto working fine but I'm disappointed with the limited GPS implementation only working in local wifi I hope this will work like the S1 & S1R very soon to remove the previous functionality and give us a limited version is very poor.

I did wait for almost a year with the Q2 to have this functionality but no joy yet .
