How to upload images: Prepare the image as follows: 1.   The image should be sRGB and 8-bits 2.   Reduce the size to 2048 pixels on the longest side. (smaller sizes can be set, but are not recommended) 3.   Sharpen properly for screen. 4.   Save as JPG to your desktop, reducing JPG quality to produce 2000 kB (5000 kB for sponsoring members). 5.   In Lightroom these parameters should be set in the Export dialog. 6.   In the Forum posting or editing box, click “choose Fil

St. Paul's in Malacca, Malaysia. An antique church shell. Beautiful place to visit before the tourists have breakfast. Malacca is a World Heritage City.

I grew up near Lowell, Massachusetts where Whistler was born, drank, and lived. Maybe I get my love of overly dark night shots from Whistler's paintings.

A very nice couple celebrating her birthday along the quay in Malacca, Malaysia a World Heritage City. Malacca is a wonderful place to visit, celebrate, and take pictures. History goes back to 1407 with  great Chinese ambassador and admiral who only sailed 7 voyages throughout SE Asia, the Middle East and really opened trading to the Middle East and Europe. If you haven't heard of the Malacca Straight.... look it up.

The Balinese in Bali know a parade. The Orange Bowl and Macy's ain't got nothin' on the annual parade to open the Denpasar Cultural Month. You should see the Ogeh Ogeh parades and floats.
