How to upload images: Prepare the image as follows: 1.   The image should be sRGB and 8-bits 2.   Reduce the size to 2048 pixels on the longest side. (smaller sizes can be set, but are not recommended) 3.   Sharpen properly for screen. 4.   Save as JPG to your desktop, reducing JPG quality to produce 2000 kB (5000 kB for sponsoring members). 5.   In Lightroom these parameters should be set in the Export dialog. 6.   In the Forum posting or editing box, click “choose Fil

Back from a week in Yosemite.  The waterfalls were pretty full but the sky never cooperated with great clouds.  Did have one evening with a few.  Half Dome over the Merced River.

Bridalveil Falls with nice mist at the base from as close as you can get since they are working on the parking lot and view area.  Slight crop.

Found this nice rose by a local church.  A massive crop but I am glad for the extra sharp lens of the Q2 and 47MP that makes this sort of thing possible.

I thought it might look cool in a softer Black and White version.  Maybe when I get home I can try a few more things on my main computer.  Possibly even softer or higher key.
