flavio Posted September 15, 2007 Share #162 Posted September 15, 2007 Hi Tom, thanks for your message. I hope size and weight are not the only reason why you prefer M8 to DSLR...;-)
carstenw Posted September 15, 2007 Share #163 Posted September 15, 2007 somehow the greens don't sit right in all these exaples lots of colour cast in the path one Yes, Leica has made the colours deliberately different than neutral, and the greens are a little yellow. In fact, the greens are probably the colour which suffers the most in their shifted world. Most of the other shifted colours look nicer than neutral. Guest stnami Posted September 15, 2007 Share #164 Posted September 15, 2007 ....makes life hard for the jungle dwellers in the tropics as there is enough yellow/green foilage as it is without a colour cast............then most digitals battle with green even the fovean yuks the greens
flavio Posted September 15, 2007 Share #165 Posted September 15, 2007 For what I have seen, I have to agree and even soft tone difference in the same colour (and the same picture) are shown different than the way I see in the real world. at least for my eyes. vic vic Posted September 15, 2007 Share #172 Posted September 15, 2007 guy....... what lens ?? hope u had the time to change before and after ) by the way........ is it some m8 technical thread... or just showing m8 landscape pics. ??? maybe it should be in landscape forum ?????? for example....... i think ronald made a huge thread of "shadows" .... people participate and enjoy........ i made some time ago a thread about "environment issues" ...... so people contributed their pics and further rised some awareness about the issue............ so why not m8 landspace if it is photograp[hically interewting ?????? Else I have to give you a week off the forum. No more warnings, next is one week ban. Thanks Andreas
