First I struggled with the 47 MP but now i confirm, it`s a very nice camera. I like Ansel Adams, too and made some steps on his way through the West some years ago.

No problem, I am dealing with Leica since 1955 (M 3). Switching over in 2012 from R9 + DMR to Fuji (after a total chrash there was no Leica alternative at that time) I came back to the Q2 in March and I am happy, now.

But next year I will go to Chile and the Antarctica. I am looking for the future and my Q2.

Have  a nice day and best regards

Hans

Who could forget the world famous F1.7 group with ansel adams and edward weston.

That's the point about landscape. We can't shot f/64 on FF cameras, but the wow factor in landscape is almost always a continuous in focus from as close as possible to the horizon. That is one main reason to stay flexible on aperture.
