manupod Posted July 21, 2019 Share #1  Posted July 21, 2019 Advertisement (gone after registration) Knocked my 3 day old type 109 into the corner of a door and got a nice shallow dent right above the viewfinder.  I confirmed it has no affect on the viewfinder, thank god, but have folks tried to âpullâ these kind of debts out before with any luck? ...or is this just a âsend it to Leica for $300â kinda boo boo? https://ibb.co/5vZtftL

lykaman Posted July 21, 2019 Share #7  Posted July 21, 2019 Advertisement (gone after registration) To be honest, unless the actual workings of the camera are damaged, I doubt any company will entertain a claim against a small dent. You could always push a small piece of gum into the dent and use a black marker to color it.. As they say That's Life"  go out take pictures and forget the ding..
