A taller TL with built-in EVF?

Would you prefer a taller TL with a built-in EVF to the CL?

Do you now just think of the SHAPE of TL? Actually the CL has what you are asking for. That is why I think that I misunderstand and you prefer the look of the TL but with EVF.

TL and CL are very different cameras, not just the built-in EVF.

I believe T/TL camera with a little change in design (still beautiful) could and should have a built-in EVF. I was also disappointed by eliminating the little in body flash that served me a lot in some situation.

This is what I was wishing and suggesting before TL was announced!

I remember reading somewhere that the TL with EVF could be taller and still keep the flat top.

Personally I would make the body longer and keep the top flat.

I think they have more in common than that they are different. It is a matter of emphasis. The T series is more modernistic, the CL is designed for photographers with a more classical taste.

The downside of an inbuilt EVF is that the camera would no longer be of use to left eyed photographers. As a left eyed person I find that the TL with the external EVF is one of the few cameras that are a joy to use. The fact that you can tilt the EVF should not be overlooked. That would be impossible to replicate with an internal EVF.

I should also add that Visoflex is also an excellent EVF, although quite expensive.

I do really think that TL2 is the last of the line. 

Future APS-C Leica will rely only on CL2 shoulders

Leica dnthusiartics are usually purists perfectionism. Any minor difference can make many of them ( or us)  shocking, screaming,  

The T is Leica’s new adventure in the interpretation of the Leica philosophy. 

If you are talking about the engineering functionality, you are right , but I am looking them from the user interface , particularly from the Leica culture point of view.

I love CL, but I love TL more.

Really? My Panasonic GX8 has an internal tilting EVF.
