lct Posted July 18, 2019 Share #6  Posted July 18, 2019 Leica never made 40mm lenses for M cameras, only for the film CL in the seventies (40/2 & 40/2.8), so there are no 40mm profiles available in current Leica cameras AFAIK. There is no need for profiles when using those lenses or your VM 40/1.4 on crop cameras like the digital CL, but if you want one  for whatever reason, the closer profile could be "35 f/1.4 11869/11870/11860" for Summilux-M 35/1.4 pre-asph.
