Advertisement Posted July 21, 2007 Posted July 21, 2007 Hi arthury, Take a look here More Canadian Rockies. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
dan_drabek Posted July 22, 2007 Share #2 Posted July 22, 2007 A fine shot Arthur. Love the scenery and the composition with the multi-colored boats. And I love it 'cause I'm a canoeist. DD
Sandokan Posted July 22, 2007 Share #3 Posted July 22, 2007 A agree - a fine shot. In fact 3: the shot you have, the mountains and the canoes separately all like beautiful together and seperate. Ravi

biglouis Posted July 22, 2007 Share #8 Posted July 22, 2007 Arthur That is a very cool shot. The contrast between the foreground and background is compelling. Would make a great poster to advertise the great outdoors. LouisB
arthury Posted July 23, 2007 Author Share #9 Posted July 23, 2007 Thanks, guys, for all your kind words. We had great fun canoing in that lake. The surrounding mountains and turquoise water almost reminded me of fictitious worlds in lands where hobbits once lived: it was, indeed, a lovely area to visit. stuny Posted July 23, 2007 Share #10 Posted July 23, 2007 Arthur - This is excellent, partly because it is challenging the norms.
