I've read many of the early reviews of the S1/S1R but have only seen reference to Panasonic's own lenses. Has anyone seen a reviewer who was able (or who Panasonic allowed) to test any Leica SL lens? I am curious about performance and any reduced functionality (things the SL lenses can't do when on a Panasonic body.). As someone who owns all but one of the SL lenses, I'm curious, and am wondering whether to pick up the bundled Kit (less expensive than buying the camera and lens separately). I've seen reports of three different lens bundles in the UK, but have only read about a 24-105 bundle in the US. In any case, if anyone has seen a report of the S1 or S1R with an SL lens, please let us know.

None have so far that I've seen, which makes me think Pansonic didn't allow it at that point (perhaps the firmware doesn't support it yet either - Leica only updated theirs for the "other way" support yesterday).

I tried Panasonic S1 with Leica 24-90 lens but I had only 5-10 minutes with camera. So I briefly tested only AF, it seems to me, that it much faster than SL with 24-90

As the 24-90 is already fast in AFs that would be impressive.
Perhaps too much to hope for, but did you try AFc, tracking, face recognition or check low light performance?

" ...we found the Panasonic 24-105mm f4’s autofocus to be surprisingly fast. This prototype that we used seemed more on par to the autofocus performance that a DSLR has and not like Sony’s 24-105mm f4 G–which is perhaps a class leader in autofocus speed."
