These shots are of the trainer, his prize pupil taping up his hands and an overall of the gym. Unfortunately, the boxing academy didn't last very long and neither did the publication that hired me. That was too bad because they had beautiful b&w reproduction on high quality paper and loved to use photos large. These were shot with my M3ds loaded with Kodak Safety Film 5063. The graininess indicates I probably pushed it to 1600. I think the lenses were 35mm and 50mm Summicrons. Thanks for indulging me with this old series. Welcome, dear visitor! I'm sure I'll still come across old negs that I'll want to scan as I plow through this stuff, but it's incredibly time consuming to get these images ready to post. Many are scratched and almost all have dust spots that need to be cloned out. The only scanners I've used that remove dust and scratches properly are the Nikon Coolscan series, which aren't made anymore. They were among the first victims of the digital revolution.
