Hi,

I have  Hasselblad V series lenses and also a M240. I was thinking of buying 'Kipon Baveyes Ultra 0.7x Adapter for Hasselblad Medium Format Lens to Leica M Mount' so that I can use these lenses. 

Has anyone used this adapter, and what was the experiance?

I have this question for a very long time, will a Hasselblad lens @ f/2.0 become f/1.4 on the M using this adapter?

Hello Jaeger,

F stops stay the same regardless of format. Keeping in mind that some adapters containing optical elements may effectively subtract Exposure Values.

What can change is effective focal length relative to a given standard.

it will gather the same amount of light, but likely it will feel like the depth of field is shallower.
