The wild roosters of Bayly's Bay.

The residents of Northland in New Zealand want hens to produce eggs so when roosters are hatched, rather than killing them which they can't bring themselves to do, they set them free to live off the land.  So when you pull into car parks they all come trotting up hoping for a tasty morsel or two.  (The black one that's half-visible behind the white one is a native Pukeko so the wild fowl seem to get on with them quite well too.)
