Interesting image in that is not the usual 'cliche' pic of babies. Nicely done.

The superiority of Portra 400 over many other films is beautifully portrayed here.

I used one roll of the SHD100 Pro on a visit to Taiwan, when I had forgotten to refill the spare cassette holder on my camera and found the results a bit mixed (on an R9 - mostly with 50 Summicron and 24 Elmarit). It seemed to a bit lacking in contrast and I don't know if that is because it doesn't have an anti-halation coating. Interesting experiment but I will not be rushing to buy any more. My personal feeling is that experimenting with odd B&W films like the super contrasty Adox Silvermax or some of the ultra slow Svema films, the danger is that the odd effects become the overwhelming impression rather than the image. Same thing with altered colour balance/pre-exposed film. I accept it may be for some folks but not for me. I stick to Ilford FP4, Fomapan 200, either Rollei 400 or Ilford HP5 and the very occasional roll of TX3200.

I usually store 1 or 2 roll of this Chinese brand film for backup when my 'inventory" run out. yes I agree with you that SHD 100pro 's dynamic is limited . they reproduce it in recent years, maybe improve contrast than before. when do you shot it in Taiwan?
