How to upload images: Prepare the image as follows: 1.   The image should be sRGB and 8-bits 2.   Reduce the size to 2480 pixels on the longest side. (smaller sizes can be set, but are not recommended) 3.   Sharpen properly for screen. 4.   Save as JPG to your desktop, reducing JPG quality to produce 2000 kB (5000 kB for sponsoring members). 5.   In Lightroom these parameters should be set in the Export dialog. 6.   In the Forum posting or editing box, click “c

Corona virus permitting, I have a 100/2.8 APO-Elmarit-R together with ELPRO 1:1 attachment on its way to me from New Zealand. I got a very good deal from Greg at Aukland Photo of around half of what some folks are asking for this combo. He had had it in stock for some time with no local interest. I just hope I don't get charged an arm and leg in tax, fees and duty, with the UK Government looking to recover a lump of their £1 trillion spend.

You better hope they don't start vigorous checking of imports and taxing maximum allowed, the self imposed economy slowdown is going to be costly.

Here is another one, this time APO Elmarit R 100mm with Elpro 1;2-1:1 attachment, full life-size.

Edit; The picture was taken with in-camera square cropping, with no further cropping in PP the height of the image is the full sensor width of 24mm.  Thanks to new LUF posting policy it is close to 2480 pixels, reduced to 45% of the original.
