A picture I took back in 1998, in Perpignan. I used my Leica M6, 35 Summicron v1 eight element, and Kodak Tri-X.

I don't own that camera or lens any more, but I wish I'd kept the lens. They seem to be worth their own weight in gold these days

Singer Jimmy Somerville, pictured at the Glasgow Pride festival in 1998.

Leica M6, 35 Summicron v1 eight element, Kodak Tri-X

If you don't know Jimmy Somerville, he did this hauntingly beautiful song, back in 1984.

Nice one, Colin!

I've photographed his old Communards sidekick (Richard Coles) many times with assorted VIP's at Northampton University where he is the Chancellor.  Can't post any images here  due to Copyright and Nikon dslrs!

I do love the grain, too... especially, in the frame within a frame.
