saptarshi Posted March 24, 2018 Share #1  Posted March 24, 2018 Advertisement (gone after registration) Hello I have a Leica TL2 with the latest firmware. On the Leica CL one can set lens profiles assuming an M or R lens has been attached. I don’t see that option on the TL2.  Or have I missed something? If it is indeed missing , this does support my feeling that one of the intended populations of the CL are M owners.

So this option would be very welcome to TL2!   Odoslané z môjho iPhone cez Tapatalk

[...]  I have no experience with TL2 but i suspect an R adapter must be mounted on the camera i.e. 16076 or 14642 + 18771. Just a guess though. Louis Posted March 24, 2018 Share #4 Â Posted March 24, 2018 I don't know about TL2, but on my T, I did not need any "profiling" to use even third party adapter and lenses. Most of my shots with T are with Nikkor MF lenses, with correct magnification, etc... Now that I am using CL more often, I really miss the simplicity of T interface. CL needs profiling and the magnification is not working correctly on the right wheel with my Nikkor lenses, as profiling is only for M and R glasses. saptarshi Posted March 24, 2018 Author Share #5 Â Posted March 24, 2018 I see. I thought those profiles were required to eliminate vignetting etc.
