Advertisement Posted January 3, 2018 Posted January 3, 2018 Hi Linford, Take a look here When to expect the 1.25/75mm Noctilux.....?. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
Linford Posted January 5, 2018 Author Share #2 Â Posted January 5, 2018 (edited) I guess that indicates one of two things: 1) no one cares or 2)Â no one has any idea. Edited January 5, 2018 by Linford

enboe Posted January 6, 2018 Share #5 Â Posted January 6, 2018 Tomorrow, because I paid off the card for the Thambar yesterday and I cannot have a zero-Leica balance for more than a day. Â I have no real knowledge or insight beyond that. Â Eric
onasj Posted January 6, 2018 Share #6  Posted January 6, 2018 There’s been very little info on the 75 noct from what I’ve seen. Hopefully it will be available soon.

johnbuckley Posted January 12, 2018 Share #9 Â Posted January 12, 2018 I'm crazy enough to say that I intend on buying the 75 Noctilux, and have just sold/traded in my 50mm Noctilux 0.95 and 75mm Summicron to do so. Â My rational is: I have a 50 APO, a 50 Summilux, and an SL 50 Summilux -- while I love/need/want always to have a Noctilux, it doesn't have to be the *50* Noctilux. Â So I am making this trade in. Â The dealer I am working with in the U.S. does not have a sense of when this lens might be available. Â The Leica website says, I believe, "beginning of 2018, or early 2018." I suspect when one hits the US shores, this dealer will be able to get it pretty quickly, but at present, there's no sign of one hitting the shores other than Paul J's reference above. Â If anyone has any news, I'd appreciate it.
BBHewee Posted January 12, 2018 Share #10  Posted January 12, 2018 I got an email a couple of days ago saying one had become available at Leica Amsterdam (sold since) so I’d imagine they’re starting to trickle down.
Peter H Posted January 12, 2018 Share #11  Posted January 12, 2018 I honestly can't think of a current or recent Leica lens that I find less appealing, regardless of price.  And I'm not looking forward to the photos that will come with it, in which swathes of the surface area will probably be out-of-focus. But it will make some people happy I suppose.    Bah humbug!
