duotones Posted January 2, 2018 Share #1 Posted January 2, 2018 Advertisement (gone after registration) First, Happy New year. within my manual for the M10- on page 172- automatic Bracketing. as I look at the picture on that page it Differs then what is on my camera. On your M10 do you have within the Drive mode ' exposure bracketing' an automatic line 'A forth line" I have the first three but not the forth line in my M10? I'm was trying to do some HDR. Please advise.
Advertisement Posted January 2, 2018 Posted January 2, 2018 Hi duotones, Take a look here Automatic bracketing. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
Bill W Posted January 2, 2018 Share #2 Posted January 2, 2018 From what I can tell, I do not have an automatic option. I know you either turn bracketing on or select another drive mode such as single.
charles_nl Posted January 2, 2018 Share #3 Posted January 2, 2018 No, mine has not. I guess the option "automatic off" has been dropped, as it defeats the purpose and complicates the operation. One would have to count how many times you pressed the release button. I am somewhat curious to know if my M10 had it when I bought it, but I have upgraded the firmware nearly immediately after purchase.
M11 for me Posted January 2, 2018 Share #4 Posted January 2, 2018 (edited) No, mine has not. I am somewhat curious to know if my M10 had it when I bought it, but I have upgraded the firmware nearly immediately after purchase. I would actually support this argumentation. When one wants to switch off the automatic mode then you can as well set the whole process manually. Probably nothing is is missing after that menu point was dropped.
