M Glass on a Sony a7R III

I love my m240 and am not getting rid of it, but I am curious if  the Sony 7R rev 3 still has the smearing issue with Leica glass, especially with wide angle lenses.  I suspect it does, given it retained the earlier sensor, but wondering if anyone can speak from experience.

 

(If this is a redundant thread, please point me in the right direction--I searched but could not find another.)

Yes it does have issues on the sides and corners with wide Leica lenses.

You would need to get the thin stack mod by Kolari to clean up the corners.
