Here in Algarve, South Portugal, Yuca flowers two to three weeks in advance this year. This flower is about 3.50 meters above the soil, and 25 to 30 centimeters long.

It is an Aloé Vera that we just bought, and waiting in the pot to be strong enough to survive in some space in the garden. You will have mentioned that I named the plant : it has required much time to find the reference in specialized books. I will try to do it each time, promized!
