Your latest two are among your strongest yet, and they are stunning.

Thank you. I’m working with a LED light panel here — placed the flower on it — as well as a hand held LED. I’m new to the technique and appreciate your encouragement.

This is a macro shot with the TL2. I love the architectural form of these lilies. I masked the photo with a gauzy background texture and painted it off the lily. Kinda arty[emoji1352]‍[emoji441] but it captures the mood of the Ikebana arrangement I had made.

LED light can work beautifully with flowers! I try it myself now and then, mostly with a handheld light, since I don't have such a LED light panel.

I have a palm sized manfrotto portable LED that has warning and cooling gels. Just enough to light the inside of a flower.

Wow, WinnowingFan! impressive, indeed. After looking at such "art-and-technique work", I did hesitate to add the modest images I took this morning in my garden with my tiny V-Lux 20. But OK, let's forget shame : here are they, and I choose to caption them "Springtime", despite the cold (12º centigrade today in Algarve, Portugal).
