Are you looking for a Arca-plate for your camera - take the RRS. The M10 is a camera I've bought the RRS for (and I'm very happy about it). But only the base plate, because I need Arca. Had have the full grip for the M8/M9 from RRS - but that's not mine... nearly never used it. It too much metal for me (it made from anodized metal). Didn't feel comfortable for me. I've always gotten both the RRS and Leica grips for my Ms. I do a fair amount of flash work using the SF-58 and a grip really helps since that combination is very top heavy. I much prefer the Leica grip when the flash is in the hot shoe. For tripod work (or mounting the flash in the RRS flash bracket) I've not found a better solution than the RRS baseplate. I do wish I could figure a way to leather cover the grip with out screwing it up too bad.
