Pic is actually quite sharp, but I had to lower resolution quite a bit in order for forum to accept.

Loving the 7Artisans, here's a shot at F/2.0 160 ISO on the M8.
This is my son of two, this shot made it look like he knew what he was doing :)

I took those photos at the (forgive me!) Nikon Days 2019 in Frankfurt, but with the 7artisans 1.1/50 on my Leica M(240). I really like that lens!
(And Amelie, the model, was absolutely gorgeous!)

After reading what everyone was saying about this lens I thought I would buy one and give it a try, after all for less than £350 it’s got to be worth a go.  Ordered off Amazon on Sunday and delivered Monday. I opened the box and looked at it and first impression was good but then took off the lens cap and looked inside the lens only to see aperture blades detached from the mechanism and damaged so now it’s going back without even being on my cameras. I know they are cheap but this is bad, it’s put me off trying any of their lenses in future.

£350 sound rather steep as they are usually about £250. Also I never buy from Amazon (except maybe kindle books), far too risky.

Hi

Getting a refund on the lens and must admit despite what I originally said may order another, have you any recommendations on dealers to buy from.
