arminw Posted June 20, 2007 Share #1 Posted June 20, 2007 Advertisement (gone after registration) My Digilux 2 has now been sold, and I hope the new owner will have as much fun with it as I did. Unfortunately it had to make room for the M8 and some lenses .... Here is the last picture I will share with you on this Forum, shot with the D2. It's out of the cable car overlooking RIO . I have done some enhancements in Photoshop . Enjoy Armin
Advertisement Posted June 20, 2007 Posted June 20, 2007 Hi arminw, Take a look here Goodbye D2. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
Michael-IIIf Posted June 20, 2007 Share #2 Posted June 20, 2007 Armin, I hope you don't miss it too much. Nice PS work, it has a very dreamy quality. Michael
hsw Posted June 20, 2007 Share #3 Posted June 20, 2007 Sorry you had to sell that gem. Your Photoshop enhancements have created the look of one of those scale models of cities rather than a true landscape as it would not be possible to create selective focus with this focal length at that distance. Neat effect though. Henry
Guest Metroman Posted June 20, 2007 Share #4 Posted June 20, 2007 Sold it! Armin how can you live with yourself Henry beat me to it. I thought it was a model too, it also has a strong 3D quality. Would like to see it bigger.
arminw Posted June 21, 2007 Author Share #5 Posted June 21, 2007 The D2 did serve me well, and I love and loved the quality of the pictures. However, my M8 has taken over and the D2 was just sitting on the shelf so it was better to let it go and let someone else have fun with it . I was trying to imitate a miniature model of RIO and Photoshop was the perfect tool to do that . Armin
