You need to learn how to post pictures in the threads instead of posting links to your Flickr account

Hope I'm doing it right Neil? Hold the curser over his picture and it shows 'external link'

Other attached pictures, hold the curser over the picture and it comes up with the link!

When I hold the cursor over my attached image it shows the 'hand' for grabbing it?

I paste in the URL from my SmugMug account?

OK?

Cheers ... Mick

Out of curiosity, why does it matter?

It doesn't ..........I just like to open the email click on one link in the email and see the picture :)

That is what I have come accustom to on this forum,.................... until I started looking on this Leica Q image thread

Ahhh, I don't have email notifications so I wouldn't know. Too many emails these days!

The only reason I have the Flickr links is that it saves me resizing, exporting twice and faffing about. Presumably we're also saving server space for the site Owners.  :D

Because they're all in my SmuMug account anyway, copy the URL, click on the little green 'image' box in the line above, paste, and the photograph is attached. Couldn't be any easier than that ... and it doesn't take any space up on here?

Ah ... I see above it doesn't really matter

I'm cool....when I open the Q picture thread and I see a picture I will enjoy the picture and sometimes comment.........If I only see a link to Smut.com then I guess I won't be looking at your picture........cool :) :) :) :)
