Looks vaguely familiar.  Did this feature in an old Hitchcock movie?

 

Vertigo.  Intersting note that the bell tower didn't exist  during filming -- it had been pulled down in '49 due to dry rot and wasn't re-built until the '70s.  What you see in the movie were special effects.
