This is spectacular. I'm pleasantly surprised by the B&W output of the Q.

Thank you BBHewee. Found these two 1930-40s cars rotting away in an overflow car park when out for lunch at a local gastric-pub. These shots were DNGs proceeded in LR but frankly the improvements over the OOC B&W .jpgs (I tend to leave the Q in mono and decide on colour later. My workflow is to create a vertical copy for a B&W and ditch the OOC jpeg to save space) are quite small.

You are clearly enjoying your Q, Simon!

It really is a great camera... and many of the very best images on the forum seem to come from Q users.

And here we are at 100 pages already...!

Yes Bill, great fun thanks and so stealthy, the portrait shots are not cropped so really close to the subject. Having solely used the X100 for 4 years am used to the single lens and enjoying the challenge of the 28mm fov, lots to learn to master it though.

Bunch of Citroen 15CV. In production until the late 50s. Really cool.

An opportunistic grab-shot. By no means perfect but nevertheless an amazing close-up result from a 28mm lens!  Very heavily cropped of course.
