Hi

what lens do you use?

 

the first image is summilux 50mm. the second one is voigtlander 40mm f1.2 m mount. its amazing. everyone should have one. this is the new must have budget lens for m mount. well i say voigtlander 35mm f1.7 and 40mm f1.2 is the best lens other than leica.

and the model is not in direct light in picture 1 as in picture 2 .

 

well this is not a side by side find the difference game though. this is a vote which image people tend to like it.

blacksinner - I've had both the M9 and the M10 and like both, but think that your comparison in the post above is an inadequate test. In the first shot the focus is on the bricks and not on the subject's eyes; in the second the focus is more on the eyes, but probably not spot on. I suspect that the exposure as well as post-processing may be somewhat different as well. That makes it a useless comparison and provides no basis for reaching a conclusion — in this situation the viewer's preference for one picture or the other is unrelated to the image quality of the camera.

well i don't mean now. i have to save up for years before i get the m10 and m9. give up many vacation and things. i just got my m10 for a few days only =) and i couldn't let my hand off it. btw Merry Christmas and Happy holiday
