Totally missed the focus on this, but I think it has a ghostly vibe going on. This is the prison used for the Movie Shawshank redemption. It is supposedly haunted, a lot of detailed descriptions inside of encounters. I call this photo Spooky. I have been on a journey I started with an M-240 but the view finder wasn't bright enough for my aging eyes. I love my Leica so much I sold it and bought an SL. The evf on the SL made easy focusing with my m lenses and my aging eyes. but there was something missing, I desired the M camera so much I had to go back to the M series. After a long search I found a great deal on an M10. This is from the first set of photos I took with it, oh and the evf is much brighter and easier to focus with then the 240.

First test for the M10 with this Nikkor (I did test the Monochrom previously) lens. Not much artistic merit but pleased with the lens' performance.

Schoolboy error no. 1 - didn't take my reading glasses, making focus hit and miss. It was very windy anyway. Schoolboy error no. 2 - aperture ring opens/closes in opposite direction to Leica lenses. My first few shots almost fully "wide open" were, in fact, at f16. I'd realised by this shot, which was f4.

Nice set.  I find the colour and contrast a little to subdued in a couple of them - like this one.  Is that by design?
