farnz Posted April 26, 2023 Author Share #10771 Posted April 26, 2023 1 hour ago, ALUX said: It can be used with Leica, so what? Hi, Alex, Thank you for posting your pictures. Unfortunately the Forum's rules on pictures that are eligible to be posted on the forum require that they are made with either a Leica lens or a Leica camera body or both. The rule was recently extended to include lenses and bodies from the L-Mount Alliance, which made sense. The Forum's owner, Andreas Jurgenson (forum name: Admin) decided these rules so if you wish to question them or discuss them then please do it with Andreas. My role, as the custodian of this thread, is to encourage members to follow the rules that they signed up to when they applied for membership. I hope you will continue to share your eligible pictures with us. Best wishes, Pete.
ALUX Posted April 27, 2023 Share #10772 Posted April 27, 2023 (edited) The "view through older glass" would have looked exactly the same with a Leica body attached to this lens. Therefore, I thought the community might find it interesting how this rare LTM mount lens performs on modern digital cameras. Especially, since I appear to be the only person worldwide who ever uploaded high resolution shots taken with this lens in the entire internet. But if formalities are rated higher than content then go ahead and delete everthing. Edited April 27, 2023 by ALUX

This and the "I like film" thread, which is another major exception that I never quite understood... Edit: just realised I forgot to comply with this thread's rules and have therefore posted a picture below 😉 M10P ASC + converted 1955 Futura Frilon 70/1.5, wide open Welcome, dear visitor! nodrog Posted April 29, 2023 Share #10776 Posted April 29, 2023 I think the Tele-Elmar 135 I bought last year needs to be looked at. Today, although the rangefinder seemed to be focusing on the Monochrom, nothing came up anywhere near sharp. Probably something has come loose, considering its age. This was about the sharpest of the bunch, shot at f8.0, focused through Live View. M10M + Tele-Elmar 135 Welcome, dear visitor!
