Same camera and lens as above but, crucially, stopped down to f/4 or f/5.6. This lens behaves a bit like the Zunow 50/1.1, especially when shot against the light. The more recent Sonnetar 50/1.3 is arguably a *better* lens at wider apertures.

I agree in this case - it's also one of those lenses with multiple "personalities" (for lack of a better word), which require some understanding and work to achieve the desired result. And I didn't even mention that it has focus shift - a lot of it... This copy seems to be calibrated for f/2-f/2.8.
