I'm curious to know if you used that same lens with the M10M at high ISO, and if you did how would you compare the results?

Interesting question, so I went into my LR catalogue to check. Unfortunately, I seem to have previously used this lens only on colour camera bodies since I have had it. Pretty sure I'll soon be able to make comparisons with other lenses.
However, based on my experience with the (now sold to an esteemed forum member) M10M, I am quite confident that the sensor of the M11M is a significant step forward. Definitely over one stop, maybe two - with a lot of latitude in the shadows for pushing in PP, even at ISO values that were unthinkable not too long ago.
I have had the cameras for only a few weeks and I'm still very much a newbie in M11/M11M terms, so please don't take it as definitive. Where the M11 generation shines IMO is indeed at higher ISO (esp. the Monochrom) and in very bright light, as the electronic shutter provides massive aperture flexibility with no need for ND filters (as long as there are no moving subjects in the frame, of course). The M11 generation broadens the usability range, if that makes sense, but TBH I don't see much difference with the M10 in terms of IQ in "normal" shooting conditions. FWIW, since I prefer the ergonomics of the M10M, I would have been perfectly happy keeping it.

In keeping with the thread's rules 😉, here's another with the Dallac 85/2 on the M11M, also wide open, ISO 25000, handheld @ 1/20 s, with NR set to 0
